It explored Read more psychological theories, counselling approaches, and the impact of social and environmental systems on wellbeing. I gained knowledge in research, communication, group facilitation, and psychosocial intervention strategies. The course also emphasized community engagement, diversity, and social justice within the South African context. Overall, it prepared me to support individuals and organisations through psychological insight, empathy, and critical thinking.
