4. Payments & Fees

  • Payments are processed securely through the Platform.
  • Colabzy takes a commission on transactions based on the selected plan (Silver, Gold, Diamond).
  • Clients must make payments as per the agreed terms with creative professionals.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our refund policy.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients and creative professionals can cancel bookings under specific conditions.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of Platform content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Colabzy is a marketplace and does not guarantee the quality of services.
  • We are not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from user interactions.
